I pursued health and fitness to give my life more structure and increase productivity – my mental and physical health also benefited massively in the end.
But my routine didn’t go quite as planned at first, as I always struggled with sticking to a set plan and it was difficult knowing exactly what to eat and how to train.
This all changed once I learned and implemented proper nutrition and technique, and as soon as I started seeing the results, I was hooked; I knew it would become a lifestyle and eventually lead to a career where I could help others achieve their goals.
There is no better feeling than being in tune with your body, the feeling of being one and focusing on self-improvement. Once you’re confident with yourself, you’re able to accomplish tasks you never thought you were capable of. This is why I fell in love with health and fitness.
