As a Bozfit Member you will also receive a workout routine and split that is fully customized to your goals, schedule, and ability. This will allow you to efficiently progress by following a plan that is truly made for you.
I also encourage you to lift with proper form, challenge yourself, and to stimulate your muscles as much as possible. With that being said, the plan will also include detailed recordings of me performing the exercises with some of my personal tips.
Just like the meal plan, your workout plan will also be adjusted every 4 weeks based on how your body is responding. This means we can always progress, and avoid your body adapting to plans and plateauing.
